Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, please review our refund terms carefully before completing your order.

1. Digital Product Policy

All of our products — including but not limited to Apps, Generators, Online Courses, Templates, and Digital Downloads — are delivered electronically and accessible instantly after payment.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase under specific conditions outlined below.

Refunds will only be granted if the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way.

By purchasing any Product from Luvleigh Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. 14-Day Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used.

  • You submit your refund request within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Once a file, course, or app has been accessed or downloaded, the sale becomes final and non-refundable.

To request a refund, please email info@luvleighstudio.com with your order number and reason for the request.

3. No Cancellations or Exchanges

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Lack of usage or time to complete a course

  • Technical issues caused by your own device, software, or internet connection

Please review all product details, previews, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, app, or course, we’re here to help!

Please contact our support team at info@luvleighstudio.com within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Technical support includes:

  • Assistance with login or access issues

  • Help navigating a course platform

  • File delivery support for digital downloads

Refunds are not provided for technical issues that can be resolved through support.

5. Unauthorized Use or Sharing

If any of our digital products are found to be shared, resold, or distributed without authorization, your access will be immediately revoked without refund.
Legal action may be pursued if necessary.

6. Exceptions (if applicable)

Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Accidental double charges

These must be reported to info@luvleighstudio.com within 3 business days of the transaction and will be reviewed individually.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Subscription-Based Products

For any subscription-based tools, apps, or memberships:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will retain access until that time.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
